Our Guidelines

Should be no longer than 1000 words.

Anonymity can be arranged on request.

Imagery will be chosen at the discretion of the production manager.

Recipes

And other non-visual works

Longer work may need to be cut for space. In this case the author will be notified.

Must include a short description relevant to the theme.

Resolution must be high, at least 180-200dpi. If you are using a smartphone camera, photograph resolutions should be at least 12MP (for example, the iPhone X/Galaxy S8).

If you are unsure of the quality, please contact us.

Photography collections should contain a title.

May be physical or digital, including: sculpture or mixed media works.

Should include a short description relevant to the theme.

For physical artwork:

A high quality photograph (or if possible, scan).

For photograph resolution see "Photography" guidelines.

For digital artwork:

Resolution must be 2480 pixels x 3508 pixels (A4 size).

If larger or smaller, it will be adjusted to fit A4 sizing.
How to Submit
All submissions must be emailed to cobaltsubmissions@gmail.com before the deadline, which will be specified for each issue.
